Youth Center - Gabrovo joined the "I run with a cause" campaign of the Foundation "Community in aid of addicts". Every day, throughout the month of October, we will be running one kilometer in support of their campaign to raise funds to support the treatment of the girls and boys at the therapy centre.
Come with us to the official start of "I run with Cause" on October 1, 2022 at 11:11 a.m. at the Hristo Botev stadium in Gabrovo.
The initiative is not competitive! Pre-registration is not required, but you can join the group and event on Facebook and share your one kilometer per day with the hashtag #АзБягамСКауза.
At the stadium, there will be a tent of the "Community Helping Addictions" Foundation, where you will find t-shirts with their logo and other interesting and useful things for the cause!
Accept the challenge and run 1 km with us every day - there are no conditions where and how. You can support us from anywhere in Bulgaria and around the world - you only need to note that you are dedicating 1 km to the "St. Ilia" Therapeutic Center and their cause. And if you don't have the opportunity to run, take a walk, movement is good for your health. After only 20 minutes of walking, the mind becomes more awake and creative, fatigue decreases, energy increases. Analogical, critical and conceptual thinking are greatly improved.

The Foundation "Community to help addicts" was registered in 2020 as a natural result of the accumulated personal and professional experience of its founder - Ilko Boyadzhiev.
The Foundation's team has as its mission to help limit the problems related to the use and abuse of narcotic substances, to provide help and support to addicts and their families, to change society's attitudes towards them and to conduct advocacy campaigns in defense of the rights of one of the most vulnerable groups in society and above all – their right to affordable psychosocial therapy and resocialization.
