The Youth Parliament is a self-governing organisation of young people aged 15 and over, which is not politically engaged. The Parliament aims to provoke, voice, guide and influence policies for young people, communicate with institutions and young people, initiate events and campaigns. In other words - to make the voice and wishes of young people in Gabrovo heard and taken into account. It also supports the personal development of young people as free citizens of a democratic society by creating conditions for the implementation of initiatives and the realisation of student and youth activities.
Its members are empowered to propose solutions, ideas for tackling problems affecting societal, social, environmental, digital and other areas. This collective of young people has as its primary goal to actively participate in the development and progress of our society and to fight for a better and brighter future.
