Anyone who does not have a reader's card for the library, as well as those readers whose registration expired before December 29, 2023, can take advantage of the opportunity to register.
However, free cards will not be issued to non-correct users who have obligations to the library.
Upon registration, identity documents must be presented for adults, and for children and students - a student card and/or parent/guardian's ID card and a completed declaration according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament of April 27, 2016. and the Personal Data Protection Act.
The cards are issued at the "Registration and Information" desk in the central building of the library from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., as well as in the Children's Department, which is located in the building of the Aprilov - Palauzov Community Center (Theatre) from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m the days 29 and 30 December 2022 г.
