With a final press conference and official presentation of the developed Charter, the Place Out! project ended, in which four countries - Bulgaria, Greece, Spain and Italy, were involved in the mission to promote youth activism and leadership, thus influencing their communities and territorial development.
The project "Building a European Dialogue to Increase Youth Participation in Non-Urban Areas" (Рlace Оut), of which the Municipality of Gabrovo is a part, is funded by the Erasmus+ program, and the charter is the result of the work of young people in the project's partner countries - a document designed to guide politicians and regional leaders in the EU in promoting sustainable communities, with an emphasis on youth participation, connectivity and economic growth.
The final conference also coincided with a major event in Gabrovo – Gabrovo Innovation Camp, organized by the Municipality of Gabrovo, Youth Center – Gabrovo and the Regional Information Center. The work of some of the groups focused on key problems that the PlaceOut! project raised and solutions that the Charter proposed to improve the lives of young people.

Four of the six groups worked on challenges aimed at young people and sought their opinions and ideas for the development of the region, and also came up with solutions and specific steps for action - a Youth Technology Club to work on upgrading the already existing information platform for youth, an innovation hub to help young people develop startups, involving different youth communities in the festival and delegating more rights to young people, uniting the community around the work of the Youth Center and supporting it.
