Gabrovo Youth Center helped prepare the "Last Sunset" performance. The dance-theatre immersive (immersive) is directed by Kosta Karakashyan, Antonia Georgieva (Studio Karakashyan, Bulgaria) and Carlos Aller (Frantics Dance Company, Germany). It was part of the program of the 25th biennial of humor and satire, organized by the House of Humor and Satire Museum in Gabrovo.
The stage of the performance was the regional landfill for non-hazardous waste, and it itself described a future in which people have not switched to sustainable energy and the consequences of this - the harm of fossil fuels on human health, on nature and life in general.
Our work was a speck of dust in the organization of the show, but we also had the pleasure of being the most special audience in the world! The performance was performed just for us (to test the lighting, sound, audience movement)! We traveled to the future, in the company of amazing dancers and artists, a fox curiously peeking out of the bushes and… we thought to take just one photo, as happens when wonderful things happen!
Thank you to all the participants in the show for sharing their evening with us!
