This event marks the culmination of a collaborative journey focused on youth empowerment and the development of actionable policies for rural revitalization in Spain, Greece, Bulgaria and Italy. A key outcome of this effort is Place Out!Charter — a strategic document designed to guide EU policymakers and regional leaders in promoting sustainable communities, with a focus on youth participation, connectivity and economic growth.
The event will include the official signing of the Charter and an invitation to new stakeholders to join.
