The rain didn't scare us! Long live the Carnival!
Youth center - Gabrovo was once again part of the carnival procession and added more smiles and color to the colorful, cheerful and... wet day!
Our volunteers again got involved with help on the carnival day - for the distribution of the carnival newspaper with the program and the libretto for the carnival procession. Thank you!
And our Parade Picture was called "100 Years of Carnival"! (Yes, that's exactly how long it's been since the first saved picture from back then, but actually the Carnival is soooo much older!)
What were we? Penguins, giraffes, cats and raccoons, cowboys, vikings, 60s cheerleaders, vampires, fairies, beer mugs, policemen, magicians, disco geeks, fairy tale characters, psychics, comic book characters, Latin divas, jazz divas and all sorts other wild… and tame creatures of ours and all worlds, from the beginning of the carnival to this day, from the beginning of the world to this day! We have gathered the whole carnival and the whole 100 years of carnival spirit on one platform with music and dance!
Now we fold and put away suits.
And the carnival rhythms still sound in our ears, photos and videos are exchanged - it will keep us going until next year.
