Youth Center - Gabrovo was awarded the "Event of the year in the field of culture for 2022" award in the competition of the Community Center "Buditelite 2017" for the organization of the festival "Youth happennings against the current". It was held at the beginning of September 2022 in the bed of the Yantra River and gathered the young people of the city with concerts, theater, exhibition, creative workshops, competitions, debates and many more interesting events with a rebellious and unconventional spirit.
The award was shared with the concert dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Lachezar Zahariev - artistic director and choreographer of CFA "Gabrovche".
We thank to all colleagues and friends who helped us in the organization of Rivers of the city - Gabrovo 2022 I Youth events against the current , Gabrovo Municipality, to Foundation Колективът, to our volunteers.
Expect the second edition of the festival in August – even more confident, young, unconventional and cheerful!

The special award of the REKITS "Community centers" - Gabrovo for the community center event with the greatest audience interest went to "Gabrovo 2002"'s concert "20 years"
