REGULATIONS
The XXXIII European Youth Pop-Rock Competition "Sarandev" is open to young singers - individual performers from 11 to 30 years of age, divided into three age groups:
First age group - from 11 to 14 years
Second age group - from 15 to 18 years
Third age group - from 19 to 30 years
The age shall be set at 31 December 2024.
The contest goes to two stages:
FIRST STAGE – PRE-SELECTION
Accepted:
- an application form accompanied by a declaration of consent to the provision of personal data;
- 2 demos - videos.

Both videos to include performances of a native language song and a song of choice. It is not necessary that the songs performed by the participant in the First Stage are the competition songs.
The videos can be from a concert, a competition, filmed in a rehearsal room or at home.
Videos with studio-recorded sound are not allowed.
A selection committee made up of members of the jury listens to the demos and allows participation in the Second Stage of the competition.
Eligible participants will be notified by email by 30 April 2024 г.
SECOND STAGE - ATTENDANCE
16 May - First competition night – presentation of a song in the native language
17 May - Second competition night - presentation of a song of choice
18 May - Gala concert and award ceremony
Participants perform in both competition evenings.
The performances are live, and the musical accompaniment is provided by the participants.

Participants are judged by a competent international jury.
PRIZE FUND - 7000 BGN.

Grand prix - 1500 BGN, author's statuette and diploma
In each age group:
First place - cash prize, prize and diploma
Second place - cash prize, prize and diploma
Third place - cash prize, prize and diploma
