On the occasion of November 1 - Day of People's Awakeners, the "Aprilov-Palauzov" Regional Library gives as a gift to readers - free registration for library services for all residents of Gabrovo, who want to gain access to its rich funds, collections and information resources in all fields of knowledge .
Young and old residents of Gabrovo who do not have reader cards for the library, as well as those readers whose registration expired before October 31, 2023, can benefit from the opportunity to register.
Free cards will not be issued to users of RL "Aprilov-Palauzov" who have obligations to the library.
Upon registration, identity documents must be presented for adults, and for children and students - a student card and/or parent/guardian's ID card and a completed declaration according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament of April 27, 2016. and the Personal Data Protection Act.
The cards are issued at the "Registration and Information" desk in the central building of the library from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. only on November 1, 2023.
Reader cards for children and teenagers up to 14 years old - in the Children's Department, which is located in the building of the People's Community Center "Aprilov - Palauzov" (Theatre) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. only on November 1, 2023.
