Zlatko Sabev, Trayana Hubcheva, Mira Vasileva, Evgeni Boyanov, Blagovesta Marokova, Stoyan Petrov, Martin Ivanov, Yana-Rossi Simeonova and Dimitar Ionov are the names of the youths we have chosen to be the band youth podcast team. Some of them we liked for screen and microphone, others for screenwriters, others for technical team. We present them to you in the order of their number. Very soon we will get together to distribute the roles, hear their vision for our joint venture and start the most awesome youth podcast in Bulgaria /we are sure of it/!
Each of the other participants in the competition will receive feedback on their performance in the following week - what strengths we saw in them and what they need to work on. Of course, we would be happy for each of them to remain a like-minded member of Banda, because every endeavor needs support to achieve success.
In short!
The competition was on a level! There was concern, good ideas, a sense of humor, lots of smiles, quick and not-so-quick reactions, funny questions and even funnier answers, even a recipe for tripe soup.
The Jury:
Gergana Kharitonova - a voice known to everyone from the stage and from the radio "Boomerang".
Desislava Suteva - presenter of the municipal radio program "The Hour of Gabrovo".
Hristo Petrov - editor-in-chief of the website "Gabrovo News" and a professor of journalism at the National Aprilov High School.
Mikhail Mitov - executive director of Yantra FC and one of the initiators of the idea for a youth podcast during the Gabrovo Innovation Camp.
Martina Grueva - representative of the Gabrovo Youth Center, who embraced the idea and supports the young people in its implementation.

Well, we took pity on the candidates and gave them to read texts with easier words. At first, each of them introduced themselves, followed by questions from the jury, reading of an unfamiliar text - real news from news agencies, and finally - a simulation of an interview with an interlocutor from the candidates. The results - we are once again impressed by the young people of Gabrovo - broad interests, good speech, even among the youngest candidates, and many ideas. But really expect a great podcast!
And now where!
The band is now in the clear and is starting work on the first edition of the podcast and its content as a whole. The roles in the team will be distributed, the studio will be prepared, and the platforms to upload the episodes will be chosen. There are already ideas for the first guests, and the ambition is to have the first videos ready in January.
And to finish the idea once again:
The idea for a youth podcast was born during the Gabrovo Innovation Camp in the group working on a challenge "Youth Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age". Initially, the podcast was only about entrepreneurship, but later the young people added many more topics that interested them - education, social networks, addictions, professions, relationships between people, aggression, interesting personalities, etc.
