Gabrovo Game Jam 2025: Challenge yourself to create a game within 48 hours
Gabrovo is once again hosting one of the most interesting and creative events for game lovers – Gabrovo Game Jam! From 24th till 26th of January For the seventh consecutive year, the Museum of Humor and Satire will bring together programmers, writers, artists and all enthusiasts who want to immerse themselves in the world of game creation. The event is a unique opportunity for participants to face the challenge of creating a game in record time – just 48 hours.
Join Gabrovo Game Jam and embark on the adventure of developing a game that could be exactly what you've dreamed of. The participation is absolutely free and it can be done in two ways: as part of a pre-formed team or by joining a team on site during the event.
One of the unique features of this edition of Gabrovo Game Jam is the emphasis on local color and character. The plots and characters, inspired by Gabrovo culture – known for its sense of humor, entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – will receive additional bonus points from the jury. Ideas related to urban symbols and features of Gabrovo will not only be evaluated, but also awarded with a higher rating.
How to register?
The process is easy – just fill out the registration form until the 22nd of January, as you can also register the entire team and provide the necessary information for each participant.
