Anyone can participate in the contest, on age 16+, under the following conditions:
- Participants prepare a carnival picture according to this year's Carnival theme 100+ YEARS CARNIVAL GABROVO, in one or more of the following categories: satire, politics, economy, life, humorous pictures; musical pictures; dance pictures; heroes - historical, fairy tales, etc.;
- Participants send an annotation of the idea in one of the specified categories, an example scenario, number of participants, details, by filling out a request for participation through the form here.
- The number of participants in the carnival picture must be a minimum of 10;
- Each group has up to 2 minutes to present their picture to the jury at the official stand and commentary stations along the carnival route.
