Youth Center – Gabrovo, Labor Bureau – Gabrovo and CPLR Career Guidance – Gabrovo are organizing for the second year a joint event “I will work during the vacation 3”. This time its topic is “How to make a CV that works” and is aimed at young people over 15 years old who do not have much experience in the labor market. It aims to give them guidance in their job search, mainly orienting them in how to prepare 
an appropriate resume when you are just starting out and cannot impress employers with experience and specific skills. Is that true, though?
The event will take place at the Youth Center - Gabrovo on April 29, Tuesday, at 4 p.m. It is free and does not require advance registration.
The Center for Career Guidance - Gabrovo will teach attendees various subtleties in preparing a CV to apply for a job position. They will tell you exactly what a CV needs to stand out from the rest and what to include when a young person has no professional experience?
The Labor Bureau will present its services that young people can benefit from. The Bureau's psychologist Galina Stankova will give recommendations for a good interview performance, share the most frequently asked questions by employers and how to negotiate a starting salary.
The event will be attended by HR professionals from Gabrovo companies, who will share their experience in the hiring process - what modern companies are looking for in candidates, what they pay attention to, and what are the most common mistakes that young people make in their presentation.
Many young people will start work during the summer vacation and the event aims to help and prepare them for writing a CV that will distinguish them from other candidates for a given position.
The event "I will work during the vacation 3" on April 29 for CV preparation will be followed by a meeting with employers from the city of Gabrovo and the region, entitled "I will work during the vacation 4", in which young people will have the opportunity to get acquainted with various companies, hotels, restaurants, museums offering seasonal employment. It will be held on May 8, again at 4:00 p.m., in the Ritual Hall of the Municipality of Gabrovo.
